SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an Enhanced Node B (ENB), a user equipment (EU), and a communication system. The ENB comprises: a configuration module designed to configure the UE using CQI-index table via the indicator information of the CQI-index table so that the UE determines the configured CQI-index table according to the indicator information and reports the CQI-index according to the precoding matrix indicator (PMI), and a rank indicator (RI) by using a configured CQI-index table, wherein the indicator information of the CQI-index table is carried by trasmitting signals at the radio resource control level (RRC-signals).
EFFECT: configuring the UE using the CQI-index table while maintaining transmission resources.
