FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises heating the air by delivery circuit with combustion products generated by burning the gas-air mixture in the burner units of the mixing air heater with jet-vortex combustion stabilization at a constant gas-combustion ratio of 1:16-1:15. The combustion products in the air heater are heated from 25 to 60% of the volume of inlet air necessary for the mine ventilation, the air is heated to a temperature of +(20-60)°C, the heated air is supplied to the mixing chamber connected to the air heater, and as the rest of the inlet air volume necessary for the mine ventilation, cold atmospheric air is supplied to the mixing chamber simultaneously with the heated air and mixed with the heated air until the inlet air temperature is at least +2°C, which is maintained by controlling the flow rate of the mixture of gas and combustion air, and in order to stabilise the hydraulic operation mode of the air heaters and the volume of the inlet air necessary for the mine ventilating, a vacuum in the range of 100-500 Pa is maintained in the mixing chamber.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the mine ventilation system and energy saving.
