FIELD: blast furnace air heaters and other burner devices. SUBSTANCE: heating system consists of two and more burners arranged in combustion chamber one above other and provided with mixing branch pipes, gas and air supply branch pipes, air duct, fan and mixing chamber. Center-to-center distance of adjacent burners is determined according to definite relationship. Gas and/or air supply branch pipe is provided with forming cassette with longitudinal through passages at hydraulic diameter of 0.005 - 0.10 of hydraulic diameter of branch pipe; outlet section of cassette coincides with outlet section of this branch pipe; distance between outlet sections is equal to 0.5-1.0 of hydraulic diameter of branch pipe.
