SUBSTANCE: invention is a fluorescently labeled oligonucleotide (P1) which is at least 80% identical to a sequence of 10 to 50 bases in length, including bases 228-237 of the base sequence specified in SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the base corresponding to base 237, is cytosine labeled with a fluorescent dye. The oligonucleotide recognizes polymorphism in at least one of bases 228-230 of the base sequence specified in SEQ ID NO:1, provided that the oligonucleotide is different from the oligonucleotide indicated in SEQ ID NO:7 or 19.
