FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method for determination of mycobacteria tuberculosis resistance to antitubercular preparations of the second series - fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides and capreomicin, sets of detection probes and amplification primers and method for confirmation of the clinical diagnosis of extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis. The method involves simultaneous detection of mutations in the tuberculosis mycobacteria DNA in a biological sample, leading to microorganisms resistance to antitubercular preparation of the second series in the sites of gyrA gene (codons 89, 90, 91, 94), gyrB gene (538, 539, 540), rrs gene (positions 1401, 514, 517) and the eis promoter region (positions -10, -12, -37), by real-time MPCR using primers for amplification and detection probes complementary to these gene sites.

EFFECT: simultaneous and rapid determination of tuberculosis mycobacteriua resistance to second-series preparations, and can be used in the diagnosis of extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis.
