FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is a method for determination of mycobacterium tuberculosis resistance to rifampicin and isoniazid in a biological sample, wherein the said method includes simultaneous detection of mutations in the bacterial DNA of the biological sample in rpoB gene, katG gene portions and inhA gene promoter region, wherein the said sections are selected from the group consisting of codons 430, 445, 450 and 452 of rpoB gene, codon 315 of katG gene, position -15 or -17 of the promoter region of inhA gene or a combination thereof, by multiplex polymerase chain reaction in real time using detection probes that are complementary to these portions of genes containing no mutation. The group of inventions also refers to application of this method to confirm the clinical diagnosis of multidrug resistance, and a set of probes to implement the said method.
EFFECT: simultaneous and rapid determination of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistance to rifampicin and isoniazid with high detectability.
