FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a detection method of DNA of a tuberculosis causative agent -mycobacteria of tuberculosis complex with simultaneous identification of a genotype of the causative agent and determination of genetic determinants of resistance to a wide spectrum of antituberculous remedies, including rifampicin, isoniazid, fluoroquinolones, kanamycin, capreomicin, amikacin, ethambutol, in a clinical specimen on a differentiating oligonucleotide microchip. The method is based on a multiplex PCR with simultaneous marking of PCR products with further hybridisation of the obtained products on the oligonucleotide microchip containing a set of specific discriminating oligonucleotides. The invention also deals with an oligonucleotide microchip, a set of primers and a set of oligonucleotide probes, which are used for the method's implementation.
EFFECT: invention allows performing an analysis of DNA separated directly from a clinic specimen, detecting genotypes of a tuberculosis causative agent, which are associated with increased virulence and transmissibility, providing personified selection of effective antituberculous remedies for each certain patient and performing epidemiological genetic typing.
