SUBSTANCE: invention is represented by a fencing of a building, including a series of decorative fencings pressed against each other by side faces with the height H and the thickness Δ₁, each of which consists of a rectangular frame into which a screen rectangular container is inserted, both made of a corrosion-resistant material, the container is filled with pumice granules from 20 to 40 mm in diameter, made of basic metallurgical slags, the frame is attached to the external fencing by fastenings, so that between the inner wall of the decorative fencings and the external fencing there is an air gap of the width Δ₂, between the lower fencing end and the sidewalk surface - a gap of the width Δ₃, and there is a storm drainage system under the bottom fencing face.

EFFECT: utilisation of outside air heat and heat losses of the building during summer and winter periods, cleaning street air from harmful impurities.
