FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction of ventilated insulations that allow to reduce heat input from outside air, produce electricity and simultaneously clear the outdoor air of pollutants in the regions with hot and humid climate. Complex ventilated building enclosure containing a series of decorative railings pressed against each other by the side ends with height of H and width of Δ1, each of them consists of rectangular frame covered by grid, front side and back side are covered with horizontal bars inclined at an angle of 45° relative to the horizon made of a noncorroding material with high heat conductivity. Frontal bars are made netlike, on the exterior of each of them a row of photocells is placed with a gap Δ2 wide between the row of photocells and the inner edge of the front plate, all the bars are connected to the hull and form a container filled with pumice granules 20-40 mm in diameter made of basic smelter slags. The width of the horizontal gap between the front plates ensures maximum shading for the frontal side of insulation and solar exposure of photocells, the hull is attached to the outer shell with fasteners in such a way as to have an airgap Δ3 wide between them, a gap Δ4 wide between the bottom end of decorative railing and the pavement surface and a storm drainage is located under the bottom end of decorative railing.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the complex ventilated enclosure of the building.
