SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is a method for preparation of a medicament comprising administration of a liquid preparation containing a pharmaceutically active ingredient, levan and inulin in a solvent, into the recesses of the blister pack, sublimation of the solvent from the preparation by freeze-drying to form solid unit dosage forms and sealing of the blister pack recesses by a sealing film or a foil, as well as a medicinal product obtained by the above method containing solid units dosage forms in a blister pack, wherein the dosage form comprises an open matrix network structure carrying the pharmaceutically active ingredient and containing levan and inulin.

EFFECT: inventions permit preparation of a drug with a high rate of dissolution in the aqueous medium or saliva, having a low tensile strength, which makes it easy to extract it from the package.
