SUBSTANCE: in proposed method, sucrose is selectively acetylated in pyridine, the resulting 6'-monoacetylated product is chlorinated at positions 4, 1', 6', neutralized, deacylated, purified and treated with buffer solutions, the above processes are carried out in thin capillaries of a static mixer of a flowing microreactor and then in fine capillaries of the flowing microreactor, which are coated with a catalyst layer. The feeding rate of the reagents, pressure in the fine capillaries, and the temperature are varied, and the reactor capillaries are made of glass, cermet, or plastic, aluminium oxide is used as a catalyst, and reagent mass sampling or probing is carried out at the output point of each section.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of the target product, the reaction control selectivity and efficiency in the sucralose obtaining process.
