FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cutting head contains a body 1 with a support roll 5, a tool holder 2 with a cutter 3, an elastic element with a pressure roller 4 and a stop 7 made in the form of a cylinder connected to the pipeline. The cutting head is provided with a nozzle 12 and a safety valve 11, the resilient element is in the form of a collet 6 with at least three lobes, and pressure rollers 4 and 8 are installed in the collet lobes 6. The tool holder 2 with the cutter 3 is mounted on one of the collet lobes with the upper pressure roller 4 in the plane of the support roller 5, and the other lower pressure rollers 8 in the collet lobs 6 are offset to the side of the support roller 5, the nozzle 12 is installed in the pipeline 13 at cylinder inlet 7, and the safety valve 11 is installed at the cylinder outlet. The lower pressure rollers 8 in the collet plane 6 can be positioned offset to the side of the support roller 5 by an amount equal to the radius of the upper pressure roller 4.
EFFECT: expansion of process capabilities of the cutting head due to increase of its accuracy and durability.
