SUBSTANCE: version of the antenna system of execution SOTM 0.6 m is used in the satellite communication station of Ku-band, designed to provide communication during movement (Satcom-On-The-Move), when the station operates via spacecraft, located both on the geostationary orbit ("Yamal", "Express" series aircraft) and at high-elliptical orbits of "Molniya" or "Tundra" type (prospective spacecrafts, that can operate in Ku-band). The complex provides wide-band access to multimedia services of subscribers on the ships and boats, it has the ability to use not only the resources of the spacecrafts, located at the geostationary orbit, but it is designed to work with the satellites, located at highly elliptical orbits.

EFFECT: functionality expansion on the basis of providing the satellite communication network subscribers with wide-band multimedia services due to the fact, that the earth station of the Ku-band satellite communication is built according to the modular type, using the standard communication protocols.
