SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronic communication systems using radio-frequency radiation when station is placed in an off-shore mobile object and can be used as on-board station of satellite communication system. For this purpose, the input of the information signal is carried out together with a message masking algorithm - the coding mapping is generated in the form of Gauss-Seidel, and on the receiving side, decoding mapping, decoding has the same Gauss-Seidel shape.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of information protection degree from unauthorized access in communication channel.
