FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a control system and consists of two co-axially mounted accelerators directed with a narrowed side towards each other, with a gap, and a rotor 1 and stators 10 rotating relative to each other and made in such a way that at the accelerator input their diametres are greater than at the output, on the mutually facing surfaces of which projecting teeth 3 with screw grooves are made, running in the opposite direction between the rotor and the stator, with a pitch diverging from the input to the output openings of the accelerator, with the number of rotor teeth equal to the number of stator teeth and a continuous gap between each of the teeth of the stator and rotor, with the width of the outer surface of the teeth formed depending on the angle α of their mutual intersection, wherein in the cross section the projecting teeth are made in the form of an isosceles trapezoid in the expanded part of the rotor and stator of the accelerator and approaching the isosceles triangle in its narrowed part.
EFFECT: creating a high concentration of neutral microparticles, such as molecules or atoms.
