FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to track the wound healing process, an image is obtained that includes a wound tissue site and a reference colour marker. The image colour is normalized. The colour of the normalized image of the wound tissue site is compared to the range of colours. The tissues of a wound being at the same healing stage on the wound tissue site based on the colour comparison. Markers are located in the wound area on the abdomen surface under the geleprane bandage. A series of images is formed with a small time interval between them, which captures the entire period of the abdominal surface vibrations. The marker is detected and the marker image areas covered by highlights are replaced with the corresponding undistorted areas from the closest-in-time generated images from this series. Prior to image colour normalization, adjustable spatial HF filtering is performed. An image suitable for analysis is selected, in this image, detection and replacement of image areas covered by highlights are replaced with the corresponding undistorted areas from the closest-in-time generated images from this series. After colour normalization, the images are recorded into the database and used for analysis after spatial alignment procedure. Further, each time during the control, the processing procedure is repeated.
EFFECT: method increases the accuracy of tracking of the healing process for wounds located on a vibrating part of the body under the transparent geleprane patch, by recording the abdomen vibration phase and eliminating glare from the image.
