FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a vehicle in the form of a cab and a rolling carriage. The cabin is equipped with two devices for its vertical movement located at the ends of a rail track and mounted coaxially with the rolling carrage. A reversible electric winch is mounted under the rail track in its middle and is pivotally connected by a flexible thread to the rolling carriage to move the vehicle along the rail track in a horizontal direction to opposite sides. The rail track is straight.
EFFECT: increased productivity, safe and reliable transportation of goods, people under obstacles at increased speed, smooth movement, without restriction of its length, with expansion of its use by pedestrians with disabilities.
