SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining wear-resistant nanostructured multilayer composite with a shape memory effect on the surface of a metal part by high-speed flame spraying involves carrying out a high-speed gas-flame spraying of the first layer in a protective atmosphere with a previously mechanically activated TiNiCo powder with a shape memory effect of 500-1000 mcm thickness followed by plastic deformation at heating below the temperature of martensitic transformation onset and obtaining a wear-resistant layer by high-speed flame-spraying in a protective atmosphere of a previously mechanically activated mixture of powders from cBN-Co, with their ratio, %: CBN 85-90, Co 10-15, thickness of 500-700 mcm. Then, heating is carried out at a temperature of 50-65°C above the solidus, followed by annealing in two stages, the first stage of which is heated to a temperature of 800-900°C with an exposure time of 0.5-1 h, and on the second stage - heating to a temperature of 700-750°C with an exposure time of 2-2.5 hours. In a particular embodiment of the invention, argon is used as the protective atmosphere for high-velocity flame spraying.
EFFECT: increase strength characteristics, reduction of process time and cost.
