SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, shipbuilding and ship repair and can be used for the manufacture and restoration of sliding bearings. Method of producing an anti-friction coating on thin-walled steel liners of sliding bearings using high-speed flame spraying is that the spraying is carried out in a protective atmosphere with previously mechanically activated cBN-Co-Mo powder, in the following ratio, wt.%: cBN 70–80; Co 10–15; Mo 10–15, with a coating thickness of 0.8–1.2 mm, followed by ultrasonic impact on the molten powder in the deposition zone with a frequency of ultrasonic vibrations of 35–40 kHz and mechanical processing. In this case, mechanically activated powder cBN-Co-Mo is used with a particle size of 10–30 microns. High-speed flame spraying is carried out at the angles of inclination of the burner 60–80°. As shielding atmosphere in HVOF argon is used.

EFFECT: increased strength characteristics of the coating.
