FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer composite coating on the surface of a part of a centrifugal pump. Application of powder material to the working surface of the workpiece is carried out by high-speed flame spraying. Lower layer of the coating is applied in a thickness of 100–150 mcm from a mechanically activated Ni powder, the second layer is 500–700 mcm thick from a mechanically activated powder with a shape memory effect based on TiNiCuHf, the third layer is 500–700 mcm thick from a mechanically activated powder with a shape memory effect based on TiNiZr, and the upper layer 200–600 mcm thick from a mechanically activated mixture of powders of cNB, Co, Ni, Mo, at a ratio of % by weight: cNB 70–80, Co 6–10, Ni 6–10, Mo 8–10. Then annealing is carried out at a temperature of 500–700 °C for 3–4 hours. After application of each of the first three layers, a combined treatment of surface plastic deformation and ultrasonic hardening is carried out under heating in the temperature range of the martensitic transformation.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a laminate composite with high strength characteristics, having a high resistance to abrasive and cavitation wear.
