FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods and devices for the movement of four-wheeled vehicles by staircases of buildings and structures. On each pair of adjacent wheels of the wheeled vehicle the device in the form of a closed ribbon-like belt is mounted. Device consists of two combined supporting belt bases with the placement of supporting elements in the form of dumbbells between them, i.e. rods with discs at the ends.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and installation/dismantling of the device.
