SUBSTANCE: while implementing the method, a nanosized cathode material powder is selected based on the compound Li2MeSiO4, or LiMePO4, or LiMeO2, where Me are transition metals, they are coated with a thin film based on the LiXMeyO, where Me-V, Ge, Nb, Mo, La, Ta, Ti, 5-7 nm thick, then the coated powders are heat-treated at the temperature of 300-500°C for 10-12 hours, a positive electrode is made from the obtained composite material, on which an Al2O3 -based passivation coating is applied, using a reagent of trimethylaluminum (TMA) and water vapour, then the electrodes are heat-treated for 10-12 hours at the temperature of 180-200°C.

EFFECT: increasing the lithium-ion conductivity, resistance to the corrosive medium of electrolyte.
