FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil production industry and is designed to control the flow rate of injected water into the formation while maintaining the formation pressure. The device includes a body with a union bushing lowered on tubing pipes with through holes against slit unions which are arranged along the perimeter and made with a variable cross-section along the length of the slit. In the lower end of the union bushing is made in form of split flexible collet, which lobes end with triangular projections engaging with triangular grooves in the lower part of the body. There are guide shear screws positioned between the collet lobes on outer side in the lower part of the union bushing and entering longitudinal guiding grooves in the lower part of the body. In upper part, the union bushing is provided with a seat for impact massive weight and has triangular groove for bushing engagement with a catcher. A bushing with triangular guiding projections is installed in the lower part of the body along the perimeter of its end, and fixing screws. A changeable union bushing is provided for replacement of the union bushing with the collet. The bushing is made in form of a plugging chisel with triangular guides. They provide accurate fitting of the changeable union bushing against through ports in the body together with reciprocal triangular guide projections of the bushing.

EFFECT: increase of device operation reliability and provision of control formation injectivity by geophysical methods.
