FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weight measurement equipment, in particular, to continuous weight weighing of loose materials by means of belt conveyor, and can be used in development of continuous flow rate meters-batchers. Method for optimum speed of conveyor belt movement of flow rate meters-batchers of different geometric dimensions and capacity with loading from weighing side includes checking condition of average time in time τ values of volume Vav in range P1⋅Vmax<Vcp<P2⋅Vmin, where P1 and P2 – values of Vmax specified in percentage and minimum allowable material volumes respectively, determination of fuzzy controller input moment and correction of current speed value υ, if value of material volume Vcp is outside said range.

EFFECT: high accuracy of weighing in a wide range of flow rates of loose materials regardless of non-uniformity of mass distribution on the conveyor belt and uneven supply of loose material.
