SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, in particular, to systems of control and management of the working element position in earthmovers and road building machines. The hydromechanical system of road building machine working element position stabilisation comprises a unit of fixation, a body, a massive pendulum, a hydraulic distributor, a rotary link and a hydraulic distributor arranged as double-cascade. At the same time the discharge hydraulic line of the first cascade is connected with the drain manifold of the second cascade, which in its turn is connected to a hydraulic tank of the motor grader hydraulic system with the help of a controlled throttle.

EFFECT: system provides for increased accuracy of a hydromechanical system of stabilisation and reduction of minimum necessary mass of a pendulum due to reduction of breakaway force of a slide valve of the first cascade of the a double-cascade hydraulic distributor.
