FIELD: airpower.

SUBSTANCE: vertical take-off and landing device consists of a body (1) in the form of a hollow cylinder arranged vertically and two horizontal platforms (2, 3) of circular shape. The axis of cylinder and platforms coincides with the body axis. The shaft 6 is located along the body axis. In the upper part of the shaft (6), a supporting helicopter screw (7) is installed with a swashplate (8). On the upper platform (2) there is a power unit (4), closed on top by a fairing (5), in a shape close to the hemisphere. The power unit 4 consists of engines and reducers. An axial tubeaxial fan is installed between the upper platform (2) and the lower platforms (3), consisting of a rotor (9) and blades (10). Under the lower platform (3) there is a cab (11) with the control system of aircraft.

EFFECT: reduction in the effect of fuselage dimensions on the lift force, and an increase in the carrying capacity of aircraft.
