SUBSTANCE: support of rolling cutter drilling bit contains a stepped journal and a cutter installed on a journal by means of a retaining bearing and radial slide bearings made with screw grooves filled with solid lubricant. The sliding bearings are made on two steps of the journal, forming a large and small sliding bearings. The radial sliding bearings on both steps of the journal are made in the form of floating sleeves, the screw grooves of which are located on the outer and inner surfaces of the sleeves, and are displaced relative to each other in a plane perpendicular to their axis. For the bit that rotates clockwise, the screw grooves are made with the right elevation of the helix, and for the bit that works with the counter-clockwise rotation, with the left elevation of the helix. The screw grooves on the outer and inner surfaces of the floating sleeve of the large sliding bearing in a plane perpendicular to its axis are displaced relative to each other by an amount (0.25-0.75)S₁, where S₁ - the pitch of the screw groove on the outside of the floating sleeve of the large slide bearing. The screw grooves on the outer and inner surfaces of the floating sleeve of the small sliding bearing in a plane perpendicular to its axis are displaced relative to each other by an amount (0.3-0.6)S₃, where S₃ - the pitch of the screw groove on the outside of the floating sleeve of the small slide bearing.
