SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric semiconductor device for massaging the neck-collar zone contains a flexible elastically-deformable base with the possibility of fitting the neck-collar zone. The base is made in the form of an elastic interlayer, on which thermoelectric modules (TEM) are fixed. The working junctions of the TEM are in thermal contact with the high-conductivity gel layer containing the thermal sensor, and the support junctions - with the aluminium plates in the cavity of the elastic liquid heat exchanger, common for the whole TEM assembly and having a fitting for connecting flexible tubes. The elastic interlayer contains ferromagnetic needle elements located between each adjacent pair of the TEM and conjugated in the base with piezoelements. Magnetic action in the device is created by wires surrounding each ferromagnetic needle element with the opposite direction of winding at neighboring ferromagnetic needle elements feeding the corresponding TEM. Fastening of the TEM and ferromagnetic needle elements on an elastic interlayer is made taking into account exclusion of influence on the area of the spinal column.

EFFECT: combination of the function of alternating heating and cooling of massage applicators in a single device with the possibility of creating a temperature regime, a mode of magnet exposure and mechanical massage with the vibration function.
