FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises of a positive displacement motor, a pair of outlets attached to the motor fluid outlet and including a selectively movable outer outlet located adjacent to the fixed internal outlet, a spring for returning the outer outlet to an inoperative position, when the flow of the drilling fluid is reduced below the selected lower limit. The amplitude of the fluid pressure pulse flowing out of the outer outlet is controlled by rotation of the outer outlet about the longitudinal axis of the motor when the drilling fluid flows through said pair of outlets.
EFFECT: efficiency of vibration control is increased, the quality of telemetric operations is improved.
