SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling, namely to vibrations and hydraulic pulses generation in drilling well. Pulse generator comprises stator, connected to housing; rotor installed with possibility of rotation in housing; annular space formed between rotor and stator; inner channel, which is made passing through rotor; one or more external through holes ensuring fluid medium connection between annular space and internal channel; and retrievable valve unit, rotationally connected to rotor and at least partially installed in internal channel. Retrievable valve unit includes valve element made with possibility of rotation, having one or more main through flow holes, and linear adjustment device for moving of valve element made with possibility of rotation from first position into second position. Fluid medium path is periodically created by one or more external through flow holes, annular space and one or more main through flow holes during rotor rotation.

EFFECT: enabling drilling rig longer operating life.
