According to the invention, the road condition is determined within a predetermined area and, if a road obstacle is detected on the road within a predetermined area, the notification information is provided. As a result, an automatic determination of the road condition within the area determined in the mobile terminal is provided. At the same time, thanks to the notification information, it becomes easier for the user to avoid damage caused by road obstacles.
