FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: plastic container is provided with an attachable rotatable lid that can be brought from the closed position to the open position by rotational movement. A characteristic feature is that the neck of the container and the attachable rotary cover (16) are made of only one part each. The container has a straight or slightly conical neck that forms a radially protruding bead on the outside in the lower half of the neck, at the lower edge of which it is possible to fix the attached rotatable cover with snap-on elements (11) so that the rotatable cover is held on the neck such that the rotatable cover can rotate along the axis of rotation of the rotary cover. The collar also forms radial surfaces that act as abutment surfaces for the radial ribs (14) on the inside of the attached rotatable cover to limit the range of rotation between the closed position and the open position of the rotatable cap on the neck. The mouth of the neck forms a protruding circular annular end into which a channel that extends from the neck in the radial direction in the inner wall of the neck is opened and is open in the direction of the inner side of the neck. The pivoting lid forms two concentrically arranged straight or slightly conical tubular segments (b, 7) on the inside of the closing surface (12) of the rotatable lid. The outer tubular segment (7) is hermetically seated on a circular annular end when a rotatable lid is attached and the inner longer tubular segment (b) seals against the inner wall of the neck and extends into the interior of the throat. The inner tubular segment has a perforation (8) in one place.
