SUBSTANCE: device for interdental space cleaning contains a rod holder (11), which has a cleaning device (12) in the axial end region. The cleaning device (12) comprises a flexible plastic sheath (14) of the holder (11), with a structuring (19) on the shell (14) outside, which has a plurality of pins (15) projecting radially from the sheath (14), consisting of the same material as the shell (14), and integrally connected thereto. The structuring (19) further has a bristle edging including a plurality of bristle bundles (16) protruding radially from the sheath (14) and/or individual bristles, each formed by thin, pre-fabricated portions of a monofilament or multifilament consisting of a polymeric material having a maximum diameter equal to 0.25 mm. The holder (11) consists of a polymeric material, and bristle bundles (16) and/or individual bristles penetrate the sheath (14), are fixed to the holder (11) and embedded in the holder (11).

EFFECT: reliability of cleaning of narrow pockets and cracks of teeth is provided.
