SUBSTANCE: device contains a thin-walled metal container filled with a consumable working substance, on one of the end surfaces of which there is an element of radio electronic equipment (REE). Through horizontally arranged pipelines are made in the metal container, the length of which corresponds to the width of the container. Outside the container on its opposite side surfaces, the pipelines are interconnected and connected to the tract of the liquid heat sink system. A coolant is pumped through the path of the heat sink and pipelines during the pause in the operation of the REE element.
EFFECT: increasing the intensity of heat removal from the melting substance during a pause in the operation of the element of the electronic equipment due to the increase in the coefficient of heat exchange between the substance and the cooling medium.
