SUBSTANCE: device has thin-walled metal container holding working material that mounts electronic equipment components, and heat exchanger made in the form of thin-walled metal tube carrying cooling liquid. Heat exchanger follows shape of ridge outline, ridge base being disposed in all-metal heat damper; joined to bottom base of damper through heat-absorbing junction affording adequate thermal contact is thermoelectric battery joined through heat-transfer junction with heat sink; ridge teeth are partially disposed in thin-walled container holding working material so that top and three fourths of teeth rib occur in container. Heat exchanger sections forming gaps between ridge teeth are brought in thermal contact with top base of heat damper.

EFFECT: enhanced intensity of heat transfer and reliability of temperature control device.
