FIELD: electronics; controlling temperature conditions for high heat transfer components of radio-electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: heat-exchanger carrying cooling liquid follows shape of ridge outline and main thermoelectric battery is connected to its base with good thermal contact through heat-transfer junction; battery heat-transfer junction is connected to heat sink. Heat exchanger sections forming gaps between ridge teeth are in thermal contact with heat-absorbing junctions of additional thermoelectric batteries whose heat-transfer junctions are joined with heat sinks. Tops of ridge teeth and three fourth of their ribs are disposed in thin-walled metal container holding working medium. Radio-electronic equipment component is mounted on container.
EFFECT: augmented heat-transfer and enhanced reliability of temperature stabilization.
