FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic seed meter for an agricultural seeder comprises a housing forming a seed tank, an outlet chute, and a vacuum chamber. A seed disc is mounted in the housing with the possibility of rotating around an axis, which has a plurality of seed cells spaced radially about the axis to hold the seeds. Wherein said disc has channels adjacent to each respective seed cell. The seed cells and channels are located on the false edge of the seed disc inside from the outer periphery of the seed disc.
EFFECT: invention will allow to increase the uniformity of seed sowing due to reducing the probability of seed bouncing off the disc during its rotation.
