FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes partial covering of this peripheral opening to prevent the delivery of the primary flow into engine compartment. In particular, the invention provides the method for discharging exhaust gases from the gas turbine, in which the position and the central angle of at least one sector (21) of a peripheral opening (1) is centred at point C, which can form a primary flow suction zone (Fp) in the engine compartment (Mb), it is determined via the correlation of interactions between the secondary flows (Fs) and the primary flow (Fp) based on rotation and the air speed parameters of at pipe inlet (2), the geometry of exhaust path (2, 3) and the cooling path of the secondary flow (Fs) of the engine compartment (Mb) as well as the geometry and position of the inputs (E1) of the secondary flows (Fs). This peripheral opening is closed on the identified angular sector(s) (21).
EFFECT: possibility to adapt to different engine modes.
