It contains the first separating section (310a) and the second separating section (310b), the second step surface is movable between the first and second separating sections. The radial position of the second step surface with respect to the first step surface is determined at least in part by at least one of said separating sections, and the leading edges of the first and second separating sections are connected to each other.
