SUBSTANCE: smoking product comprises the first component, the second component, which is installed with the possibility to move relative to the first component, at least one of which includes a section of sheet material wrapped around one or several core components and has a leading edge and/or an edge extended around the product circumference, which are tilted relative to the longitudinal axis of the smoking product. The section of the first component or the second component containing a tilted edge is installed with the possibility of rotation relative to the other of the two mentioned components, which ensures control of smoking product property, and a control element located along only a portion of the smoking product circumference, so that the mentioned tilted leading edge and/or end edge are located on this control element, which is installed with the possibility to move around the smoking product circumference within the specified range.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling the smoking product ventilation.
