SUBSTANCE: circuit includes a converter, a switching module, an excitation module, and an output diode. The converter contains n primary windings and one secondary winding. The switching module includes n switching components. The identical terminals of n primary windings are respectively connected to n switching components. The other terminal of n primary windings is respectively connected to the input voltage. One terminal of the secondary winding is connected to the positive terminal of the output diode, the other terminal of the secondary winding is grounded. The output condenser is connected between the negative terminal of the output diode and the grounding. The excitation module respectively provides control signals to n switching components such that only one of n switching components is sequentially included in a time period for which the duty cycle ratio is equal to D. The sum of the duty cycle ratios of n switching components is equal to D. In this case, n is an integer number, which is greater than or equal to 2. In addition, a driver LED-light circuit including the above described flyback build up circuit, and a liquid-crystal device including a driver LED-light circuit are disclosed.
EFFECT: reducing the amount of heat generated by the switching module and increasing the voltage range.
