SUBSTANCE: bottle teat (10) for baby feeding includes an elastic wall (12) forming a centrally located teat (14a) and an areola (14b) that extend around the central axis (L). The said teat is elastically deformable between an elongated state in which the teat forms a global maximum (38) and at least one retracted state obtained from the elongated state by drawing the teat (14a) at least partially into the areola (14b) along the central axis (L). In the retracted state of the teat, the said wall (12) further forms an annular double fold (32) absent in the elongated state and forming an outer local maximum (34) and an inner local minimum (36), both extending circumferentially around the global maximum (38). The wall (12) forms a circumferential folding region (30) which, in the said at least one retracted state, varies from the local maximum (34) to the local minimum (36) of the double fold (32). This folding region (30) has axisymmetric stiffness distribution. The group of inventions also relates to a bottle for feeding comprising the said teat.

EFFECT: improved hygiene and comfort of teat application for feeding by eliminating the need to manually pull the teat out of its retracted position to restore the elongated state.
