SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of various illnesses, disorders and conditions of the patient includes obtaining committed cells by afferizing the total blood volume of the patient, committed cells reprogramming by retrodifferentiation, redifferentiation or transdifferentiation and reprogrammed cells introduction to the patient by intravenous infusion into the cervical vein or vein of the arm or thigh. At that, reprogramming is performed by committed cells contacting with a retrodifferentiating agent, which is a monoclonal antibody from the group CR 3/43, TAL 1B5. Also a pharmaceutical composition for tissue and cells restoration or renewal that contains retrodifferentiated, redifferentiated or transdifferentiated cells, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier are disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows treatment of patients from various diseases and disorders by a certain type or a combination of types of reprogrammed cells.
