SUBSTANCE: method, device and kit for cells selection is proposed, as well as a method to improve the clinical outcome of hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells transplantation, a method for malignant cell removal in a composition containing a graft from progenitor cells, and a method for graft-versus-host disease prevention with preservation of the "graft versus tumour" effect, all the proposed methods being performed using the above cell selection device. The cell selection device comprises a container of biocompatible material and a biologically active apoptosis-inducing ligand. The ligand is immobilized on the inner surface of the container or on the surface of the microgranules inside the container. The kit contains the above device and a solution for maintaining the safety and activity of the apoptosis-inducing ligand. All proposed methods are performed using the above cell selection device.
EFFECT: effective method for selective depletion of T-cells that induce graft-versus-host disease, with preservation of subpopulations of cells that support the graft-versus-tumor effect and transplant engraftment.
