DC VOLTAGE CONVERTER (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC H02M3/335

Abstract RU 2841527 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, including pulse power converter equipment, and is intended to be used as a secondary power supply source as a high-tech DC-to-DC converter with improved mass-energy indices. If it is necessary to reduce the output voltage, the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the constant voltage converter includes a constant voltage source, first and second capacitors connected in series and connected in parallel to the constant voltage source, first and second diodes, first, second, third and fourth transistor switches connected in series, as well as four transformers, third capacitor, third, fourth, fifth and sixth diodes. Positive electrode of the first transistor switch is connected to the positive terminal of the DC voltage source, and the negative electrode of the fourth transistor switch is connected to the negative terminal of the DC voltage source. Cathode of the first diode is connected to the common point of the first and second transistor switches, and the anode of the second diode is connected to the common point of the third and fourth transistor switches. Anode of the first and the cathode of the second diodes are connected to the common point of the first and second capacitors. Between the common point of the first and second capacitors and the common point of the second and third transistor switches, series-connected primary windings of the first, second, third and fourth transformers are connected. Primary windings of the first and third transformers are connected oppositely relative to primary windings of the second and fourth transformers. Ends of secondary windings of the first, second, third and fourth transformers are combined, besides, one load output and negative terminal of the third capacitor are connected to their common connection point. In series with each beginning of secondary windings of the first, second, third and fourth transformers there connected are anodes of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth diodes the cathodes of which are combined and connected to the other load output and positive terminal of the third capacitor. If it is necessary to increase the output voltage as another version, the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the primary windings of the transformer can be connected in pairs in parallel, and the secondary windings in pairs in series.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing efficiency factor, reducing weight and dimensions, improving manufacturability at the stage of converter manufacturing, as well as improving its operational characteristics.
