SUBSTANCE: for the method for hydroponic non-substrate growing, plants are placed in a growing pan. A nutrient solution is fed. The nutrient solution is subsequently discharged. The root system of plants is kept in the air for a certain time. The cycle is repeated. The device for hydroponic non-substrate plant growing contains a growing pan and containers with plants. The containers are placed between two channels of the growing pan. A coating of water-retaining material is provided inside the tray. A part of the root system of each plant divided in two is placed in each channel.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of plant growing by combining the water supply regime with oxygen enrichment of the root system.
