FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of the invention is a de Robertis method. The cryostat sections are transferred to slides and left for 2 hours to dry at an air temperature of 18° Celsius, after which the sections are covered with a 0.3% solution of ammonium molybdate for 5 minutes. The solution is then poured off and the sections are covered with an incubation medium prepared from 1 ml of a saturated solution of benzidine with addition of 1 drop of a 0.3% hydrogen peroxide solution and transferred to a microscope table with a photographic attachment, after 15 minutes, surveys are performed.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to determine the functional state of the thyroid gland.
