SUBSTANCE: each valve in the agglomeration conveyor has a valve. The air quantity of a given air chamber is determined and the valve opening degree is adjusted for the other chamber. Said adjustment is carried out according to the data on the air quantity of the given air chamber and the relation between the air quantity of each air chamber recorded in the database, and the degree of opening of the valve in order to allow the air quantity of the other air chamber to be in accordance with the air quantity of the given predetermined air chamber. As the actual amount of air in the air chamber is in accordance with the required amount of air as far as possible, the situation is therefore excluded in which the proportion of the active air in the air chamber gradually reduces.
EFFECT: reduction of the amount of inactive air with guaranteed quality of agglomeration products.
