SUBSTANCE: device includes the circulation pump, connected through the connecting pipe to the boiler, the water supply pipe, the heat supply system return pipeline, hydraulically connected between each other, the fluid processing unit and the generator unit electrically and independently connected to the circulation pump, the liquid processing unit and the boiler, at that the three-phase alternating voltage source is used as the generator, that creates the alternating voltage in the resonant sound frequency range of 32-35 kHz, and the fluid processing unit in the form of the cylindrical non-magnetic body is installed on the connecting pipeline, made of diamagnetic body, having the magnetostrictive source of ultrasonic vibrations inside, and outside it has the additional body with the axial through hole made of the diamagnetic material with the electromagnetic system, consisting of the magnetic circuit made in the form of several ferrite rings, installed at the distance from each other, that does not allow to rotating magnetic fields to overlap, at that the coil of at least three windings with terminals, connected according to the "star" scheme, are positioned at each of the ferrites rings, and the coils themselves are connected in parallel and connected to the generator unit, wherein the body with electromagnetic system is filled with the compound.

EFFECT: simplification of the processing operation and increase of water stability for heat supply systems.
