FIELD: chemical industry; heat-and-power industry; other industries; methods and devices for magnetoacoustic treatment of the water systems.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the heat-and-power engineering and is intended for the reactant-free treatment of the water systems for the purpose destruction and removal of the scale in the steam and water-heating boilers and also for prevention of the scalesteam and water-heating boilers, the heat-exchange devices. The method provides for the integrated effect on the system of the magnetic and acoustic fields: at that on the water moving in the tube effect with the impulse local magnetic field with the 360° rotation in the planes parallel and perpendicular to the vector of the motion direction of the water, and in the water medium, in the wall and in the scale excite the acoustic waves: in the water medium - of the infrasonic frequency, in the wall of the water system and in the scale - of the sound frequency. The device for realization of the method contains the magnetoacoustic emitter with the control system formed by the magnetic conductor and the installed apart from each other the main magnetizing coil, the compensating coil with the coaxially disposed cores, and also the toroid-shaped coil of the magnetic field shift reeled on the annular core disposed round the main part of the magnetic conductor between the main magnetizing coil and the compensation coil. At that the cores of the main magnetizing coil and the compensation coil are made with the capability of contact with the feeding pipe of the pipeline of the treated water, and the magnetic conductor of the magnetoacoustic emitter is formed by the main part of the magnetic conductor and the cores of the main(basic) magnetizing and compensation coils, ensuring the contact of the magnetic conductor with the feeding pipe of the pipeline of the treated water system. The technical result of the group of the inventions consists in the increased efficiency of cleaning of the walls of the tanks and the pipelines from the scale, reduction of the power input in the process, creation of conditions for prevention of the scale formation, simplification of the design of the device realizing the method, decrease of the device overall dimensions, provision of the possibility to use the device and the method on already operational water-heating, steam and the heat-exchanging systems.
EFFECT: the group of the inventions ensures the increased efficiency of cleaning of the walls of the tanks and the pipelines from the scale, reduction of the power input in the process, creation of the conditions for prevention of the scale formation, simplification of the design of the device realizing the method, decrease of the device overall dimensions, provision of the possibility to use the device and the method on the already operational water-heating, steam and the heat-exchanging systems.
